If you require delivery before three weeks (usually we can deliver within two), we offer express service for an additional fee. If we fail to deliver your portrait within 15 business days, we will refund the express service fee.

• Your portrait will be packed with the utmost care and sent by a reliable shipment company. If your portrait is damaged during transit, you can return it to us and we will send you a brand new portrait.

RETURN POLICY

• If you are not completely pleased with the end result of your portrait, we will refund the 20% advance fee you paid . If after you approve the portrait,and pay the remaining 80% balance, you are still not completely satisfied with the portrait you receive, please return it to us for a full refund. We must receive the portrait within 30 days of initial payment or within 15 days of receipt, whichever comes last. All relevant shipping charges are non-refundable.

• That your finished portrait will be an exact copy of the delivered photo. A portrait is a handmade work of art, painted by an artist. The portrait will include slight interpretations of the artist who can subtly correct certain imperfections and errors in the original photo to enhance the final result. The warmth and beauty of oil portraits encourage people to choose handpainted portraits over traditional photos. If you desire an exact copy of your photo, a handpainted portrait may not be your best option. We recommend that you review the different examples included on our website. If you don’t find these portraits real enough, we kindly request that you order your portrait from another company.
• That we will be able to produce a high quality painting if we are provided with poor quality photos. If we feel that the quality of the supplied photos is not sufficient, we will inform you and request different pictures or instructions. A poor quality photo may also mislead us regarding the actual appearance of individuals.
• That we understand any special requirements if you don’t provide clear, detailed instructions when placing your order. If you have a special request, please advise us when you place your order. Although we are painters who take our work very seriously, we are not clairvoyant.
• That we are the most inexpensive company on the internet. We offer very competitive prices and an exceptional price-value ratio. However, if you are not as concerned with quality or reliability and are seeking the cheapest portraits available, you will need to look elsewhere.

DELIVERY TIMES

Our policy is to never compromise quality to offer faster delivery. Although we can take certain measure to deliver our portraits faster, we refuse to compromise the final quality of the portrait to speed up the delivery timeframe. • We guarantee delivery within four weeks (20 business days), starting from the date we receive all your photos and instructions. We realize that the delivery timeframe is often a determining factor. Therefore,, we recommend placing an order with another company if you require the finished portrait in less than 3 or 4 weeks.
